Help with product rules, storefront guidance, and checkout validation.

Quick setup

1. Open Product rules in Easy MOQ.
2. Select a product and enable the variants that need a rule.
3. Enter the minimum and increment, then save.
4. Open Setup and confirm that checkout protection is active.
5. Optional: in the theme editor, add the Easy MOQ quantity rule block to the product template so customers see the rule before checkout.

How valid quantities work

The minimum is the first valid quantity. The increment controls each valid step above it. For a minimum of 10 and increment of 5, valid quantities are 10, 15, 20, and so on. For a minimum of 5 and increment of 1, every whole quantity from 5 is valid.

Common questions

Does the free limit count variants?

No. The Free plan supports up to five configured products, with any number of variants on those products.

Is the storefront block required?

No. Checkout protection works independently. The block improves the customer experience by updating the quantity input and showing an optional, customisable message on product pages.

Can the customer message be customised?

Yes. The theme block supports rich text, text alignment, custom CSS declarations, and the references [[minimum]], [[increment]], and [[multiple]].

Why does checkout protection show “Setup needed”?

Open the app’s Setup page and select Activate checkout protection. If activation fails, include the displayed error and your .myshopify.com store domain in your support email.
